1914 Main

1914 Main, located right on Main Street in the heart of the Crossroads, Kansas City’s most vibrant and fun neighborhood. Its unbeatable location on the KC Streetcar line – with stops positioned just steps away from the property’s entrance – conveniently connects 1914 Main to downtown’s most important landmarks. An existing building was redeveloped as a modern, high-finish, five-story building with ground floor commercial space and 44 apartments over four floors. Views from the upper floors offer panoramas from Crown Center to the Performing Arts Center and Downtown. The building opened to tenants in 2016.
