Terrace on Walnut is situated in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District, the focal point of Kansas City’s urban renaissance. An existing three-story warehouse building was redeveloped as a modern, high-finish, five-story building with ground floor commercial space and 38 apartments over four floors. Views from the upper floors offer panoramas from Crown Center to the Performing Arts Center and Downtown. The building opened to tenants in November 2017.
