Linden Street Investments’ newest development is a 220 unit multifamily property. It’s located at 417 Callowhill Street at the intersection of Callowhill Street and North 5th Street, directly between the Philadelphia neighborhoods of Old City and Northern Liberties. Old City has long been a cultural center for the city with multiple bars, restaurants and historic attractions. Northern Liberties has undergone massive improvement and revitalization projects in the last 15 years to become one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. The project began construction in October 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in summer 2024.
