in for the long game
Linden Street Investments traces its history to 2013, when its forerunner was established to acquire, reposition, and develop real estate assets in the central and eastern United States. Our primary focus is the development of mixed-use, multi-family housing in the urban cores of cities with economic vitality and a demonstrated commitment to walkability and transit-oriented development. Linden Street seeks out markets with strong economic fundamentals, political and policy support, and a compelling growth story for urban housing in visible, walkable contexts. By partnering with motivated city officials and realizing the benefits of public incentives and infrastructure investments, Linden Street positions its projects to unlock the developing residential potential of downtown areas that in some cases have only recently emerged from long periods of under-investment.
Through strong partnerships with local sources of equity and expertise — including architectural, engineering, construction, and legal — Linden Street is able to execute its strategy effectively in multiple under-competed, strong-fundamentals markets.
